Q: On average how many hours per day will I spend in class and studying combined?
A: Between 10 - 12 hours.

Q: What are my living conditions like during the SBS school?
A: For the most part there are two individuals for every room. Each student will have a desk and lamp provided by the school. The SBS classroom will also be available for studying.

Q: Is there an outreach available after the school?
A: Possibly. Depending on the year there could be an outreach available during the summer (July - August) to Myanmar (Burma) and/or Thailand.

Q: What version of Bible do I need?
A: The SBS program uses the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible. You will be provided a copy when you begin the course.

Q: Do I need to bring books for studying (example - a Bible dictionary)?
A: The school has a library in the SBS classroom for your use. Note that the books are for in-classroom use only; if you plan to study in your room and use study books you may bring them with you or purchase them in Calgary.

Q: How many lectures a week will I be attending?
A: Normally we have three classes per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
