The Discipleship Training School is the entry point into YWAM. Each year over 22,000 people go through this 5 - 6 month program - an intensive time of growing in relationship with Jesus and serving Him in the world.

At Turner Valley's Discipleship Training School, you will be challenged to grow in faith as never before. In our 20-week program, you will learn more of God's ways through worship, study and fellowship. You will benefit from the wisdom and experience of international leaders in the Body of Christ, as you examine together what it means to be a follower of Jesus.

NEW THIS SPRING – Come and join our DTS this spring as we venture into God’s creation and make the great outdoors our classroom. Surrounded by the majestic Canadian Rockies, we hope to encounter God in a new and unique way as we leave the comforts of home behind to “get away” with God in the wilderness. With starry night skies, worship around the fire, and time to build life-long friendships, our time away camping is sure to be a highlight.

When you are not in the classroom, you will be on the field sharing God's love in practical ways. The DTS consists of 12 weeks of lectures followed by an 8-week cross-cultural outreach. The outreach is divided into local and international ministry opportunities, giving broad exposure to various forms of evangelism. The Turner Valley Discipleship Training School outreaches have a frontier missions focus and minister to unreached people groups.
